How to Apply

Four Simple Steps to Enrollment

Step 1: Call, email talie.zaifert@jaxjewishcenter.com, or complete the online inquiry form to request an admissions package.
   
Step 2: Make an appointment to visit and tour the school.
   
Step 3: Complete the application, parent questionnaire form and enrollment contract by February 22, 2008 and return it to the Martin J. Gottlieb Day School’s admissions office. We will accept applications for new students after this deadline on a space-available basis.
   
Step 4: Concurrent with step 3, have teacher evaluations and school transcripts sent directly from your child’s school to the Martin J. Gottlieb Day School’s admissions office by February 22, 2008.
